RECUP, Germany's largest reusable packaging system, is seeking an enrolled student for a Werkstudent:in Key Account Management (all genders) position in München. If you are looking for an entry-level management role with a focus on sustainability and customer contact, this part-time opportunity requires 15 to 20 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks during the onboarding process of key accounts.
- Communicate with potential and existing partners regarding the RECUP/REBOWL reusable system.
- Maintain data independently in Hubspot, managing your pipeline and activities.
- Support daily operations for major existing partners and assist in process optimization.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in business administration, sales, or a comparable field, with at least 1 year remaining in your studies.
- Availability of at least 15 hours per week and a structured, conscientious, and independent way of working.
- Interest in sales and customer contact, with optional prior experience from promo jobs or similar roles.
- Fluent, negotiation-ready German language skills at C2 level in writing and speech.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot is a plus.
