Recorded Future, Inc. is hiring a senior-level Account Director, Enterprise for a management position based in the USA. This full-time role offers a base salary range of $123,000 to $184,000, determined by state, work location, job-related skills, experience, and education, with potential eligibility for incentive compensation, equity, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while engaging cybersecurity, IT, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key accounts to expand the company's footprint.
• Manage full sales cycles end-to-end, ranging from 4 to 8 months, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close.
• Drive expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities while mitigating customer risk and demonstrating business value.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and internal teams on tailored solutions and maintain accurate territory and account plans.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or security solutions within a SaaS enterprise environment. Applicants should demonstrate a proven track record of new business development using a land-and-expand strategy, along with strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across complex organizations.
