Account Executive Enterprise (Italian and/or Spanish)

If you are looking for a senior-level sales opportunity, 1Password is seeking an Account Executive Enterprise (Italian and/or Spanish) to join their team remotely in the UK. As part of the global sales organization, you will help drive growth at a company that has surpassed $400M in ARR and pioneered Unified Access Management in the cybersecurity sector.

Role and Territory Responsibilities

In this position, you will own a specific geographical region or country within the EMEA market, focusing on target accounts with 3,000+ employees. Your primary objective is hunting new business, building sales pipelines, and expanding existing accounts using Extended Access Management Identity. Team members at 1Password are also expected to use AI tools daily to work smarter, benefit from real-time coaching, and gather customer insights.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security focusing on Enterprise accounts, or top performance in Mid-Market ready to step up.
• Italian and/or Spanish language proficiency, with familiarity across Italy, Spain, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, pipeline building, strategic account planning, and C-suite negotiation.
• Preferred proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
