Account Executive, Small Business - Central & East Europe

HubSpot is hiring an Account Executive, Small Business - Central & East Europe for a senior-level sales role based in Germany or Ireland, with the flexibility to work from the office, on a flex schedule, or remotely. In this position, you will use inbound leads and your own research to connect with small-sized businesses, run online demos, and sell HubSpot software solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customer challenges and discover the best solutions using HubSpot software.
• Close new business consistently at or above your quota level.
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders while collaborating with marketing and technology teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1+ years of closing sales experience.
• Fluency in English alongside another East European language.
• Strong consultative selling, closing, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.
• Demonstrated track record as a high performer.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual cash compensation for this role ranges from €95,782 to €111,982 EUR, which includes base salary, eligible on-target commission, and annual bonus targets. Additional benefits include an education allowance up to €4,250 per annum, stock units, pension, life assurance, long-term illness cover, 25 days of holidays, an extra week of rest in August for EMEA employees, interactive training, and on-site gym access.
