Account Executive - Small Business - UK Based (Office, Flex or Remote)

HubSpot is currently hiring a senior-level Account Executive - Small Business - UK Based (Office, Flex or Remote) to join our sales team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will use outbound selling strategies to find new business, run online demos of HubSpot software, and help small and mid-sized businesses grow.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customer challenges and discover the best inbound marketing solutions.
• Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies.

Role Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 1 year of closing sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Consultative selling and closing skills, with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• A track record as a high performer and a sharp focus on goals.
