Account Executive – SME Credit

Tide is looking for an Account Executive – SME Credit to join its sales team in Berlin. In this entry-level sales role, you will help small and medium-sized enterprises find the right financing through Tide's credit marketplace, working with a warm pipeline of qualified leads from our CRM.

Your Responsibilities

• Contact, onboard, and guide SME customers through the entire credit application process.
• Manage and process qualified leads to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Explain partner financing options clearly while staying informed on market and competitor trends.
• Build deep knowledge of market lenders and products, and actively maintain relationships with credit partners.
• Keep customer data up to date in Salesforce across all sales stages and share successes with the team.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 0 to 2 years of experience. You will need a strong drive to achieve goals, excellent communication skills, a proactive and results-oriented working style, strong organizational skills, and fluent German with good English skills. While not required, prior experience in fintech, banking, payments, credit, or outbound sales is considered a plus.

The salary for this position is $300, with a stated OTE range of 80,000 to 105,000 € depending on experience, plus up to 15% commission. For further details on how to apply, please check the official job listing.
