In this position, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic external oncology alliances, driving long-term collaborations and overseeing incoming studies to align with Natera's broader strategic goals. The role involves leading the initial assessment of partnerships prior to contracting, establishing governance frameworks, and managing day-to-day legal coordination and contract compliance.

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or Molecular Biology required; PhD or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in alliance management, relationship management, or external collaborations within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics sectors.
• Sophisticated understanding of the oncology landscape, biomarker development, and translational medicine in clinical trials.
• Demonstrated experience navigating complex legal agreements, multi-party research collaborations, and compliance requirements like HIPAA/PHI standards.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

The salary for this position is $107,000, with actual compensation packages based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate.
