In this hands-on position, you will help bring clarity to complex systems by untangling models, addressing manual processes, and building scalable solutions. You will collaborate with teams such as Finance, Engineering, and Sales to build trusted data models supporting reporting, analysis, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze manual workflows and complex systems to understand tool constraints.
• Design and maintain production-grade dbt models, including ARR and revenue recognition.
• Manage the full data pipeline from ingestion through transformation to visualization.
• Balance practical quick fixes with long-term system design.
• Partner across departments to deliver timely, reliable data solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining production-grade data models and pipelines.
• Solid understanding of modern data modeling principles with strong SQL skills.
• High attention to detail, flexibility, and strong communication skills.

The company's tech stack includes Snowflake, dbt, Hightouch, Fivetran, Looker, Stripe, Salesforce, and Orb. Nice-to-have qualifications include PLG SaaS experience, familiarity with billing systems or GAAP accounting, and a track record of turning ad hoc workflows into scalable pipelines.
