Monzo is seeking a senior-level Anaplan Support Analyst to join their Finance and Anaplan Centre of Excellence Team in the UK. This permanent position offers a salary of £42,500 to £50,000, supplemented by performance-linked incentive awards. Candidates can be based in London or work remotely across the UK, with occasional visits expected to the London office. Flexible working hours and a £1,000 annual learning budget are provided, alongside standard equipment including a Macbook and home-setup support for remote workers.

In this Anaplan Support Analyst position, you will work alongside the Lead Solutions Architect, Model Builders, and the FP&A team to maintain and optimize the financial planning ecosystem. Your core duties include managing end-to-end change requests, supporting model building and testing, maintaining data integrity and user access, and troubleshooting platform issues. You will also design and deliver training sessions and documentation to upskill end-users across FP&A and Finance Business Partner teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Anaplan workspaces and models, with an Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification or equivalent being highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing change requests, user support tickets, and system enhancements within a Centre of Excellence or support structure.
• Functional understanding of Anaplan model architecture, formula building, and active model development.
• Strong communication skills with experience training and empowering non-technical users.
• Solid foundational understanding of financial modelling, FP&A principles, or finance workflows (banking or financial services experience is a bonus).
• Familiarity with AI tooling and the ability to write effective prompts to improve processes.
