Role Overview in Oncology HEOR

In this strategic management position, you will lead the creation and execution of health economic and outcomes evidence to demonstrate the value of Natera's precision molecular diagnostic technologies in oncology and emerging indications. The role bridges clinical evidence, health economics, market access, and commercialization to support reimbursement and payer adoption.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the development, validation, and application of health economic models, including budget impact, cost-effectiveness, and Markov models.
• Partner with Clinical Development and Biostatistics to integrate HEOR objectives, economic endpoints, and real-world evidence strategies into prospective studies.
• Analyze observational and real-world datasets to evaluate healthcare resource utilization, cost of care, and patient outcomes.
• Direct HEOR publication strategy by producing peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, white papers, and conference presentations with key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Commercial teams to translate evidence into payer value propositions and value dossiers.
