Azure Infrastructure Engineer in Frankfurt
GRÜNE'S LEIHHÄUSER GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an entry-level Azure Infrastructure Engineer for its Frankfurt office, offering a full-time IT role that transitions into a hybrid working model after the initial onboarding period. In this position, you will help drive the transition from an on-premises setup to a modern, scalable Microsoft cloud environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, operate, and optimize the Azure platform and shape future cloud architecture
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
- Implement security policies, identity protection, conditional access, and Microsoft Defender
- Administer identities, roles, groups, and authentication processes
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks
- Monitor system performance, plan capacity, and support infrastructure and security projects
What You Bring
- A completed degree (such as a Bachelor's) or relevant vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience in a Microsoft cloud environment, backed by familiarity with Azure, M365, Entra ID, PowerShell, and Terraform
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or SC-300
- Very good German language skills at a B2 level
- Strong analytical thinking, service orientation, and willingness to learn
