Job Description
Got a passion for technology? So do we. We're currently looking for a Software Developer (C++/C#) to join our client's team in the radio and communications industry — this is a permanent position with K-tronik, not a temp placement. If you're the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about solving technical problems, we'd love to meet you and talk about what you could bring to the table.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be writing device and system software in C++ and C#, working closely with the team to analyze requirements and design software components that actually hold up in practice. Part of your role will involve integrating these components into existing systems — and making sure everything works as intended by building out automated tests at both the component and system level.
What We're Looking For
A degree in computer science (or something comparable) — or equivalent hands-on experience/training
Strong object-oriented development skills in C#, ideally paired with solid C++ experience too
Familiarity with design patterns
Any exposure to mobile communication protocols is a nice bonus, though not a dealbreaker
Some background working with PostgreSQL
Comfortable working in an agile team environment — bonus points if you've used Jira
What You Can Expect From Us
A genuinely friendly, collegial atmosphere — not just something we say in interviews
Flexible working hours that fit around your life
30 vacation days, with real flexibility in how you plan them
Regular team events to keep things social
We've been recognized as a Kununu Top Company
Access to corporate employee discounts
Free drinks in the office
Room to grow — we support individual training and development
360° support, including regular feedback conversations, career planning, and even help with relocation if needed
