VT Netzwelt GmbH is seeking a Werkstudent:in Product & Venture Building to join their team in Berlin. This IT role is designed for students who want to move beyond administrative support and take direct ownership of digital product development from the start.

VT Netzwelt develops digital products and ventures with tangible impact, guiding them from initial concept to market readiness. You will work on projects backed by the company's own capital and vision, focusing on deep technical understanding to make informed product decisions. The team prioritizes speed and iterative cycles, ensuring products are live while others are still planning.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of specific project strands, including decision-making authority over implementation and direction.
• Guide digital solutions from initial hypothesis to market readiness, including conducting technical feasibility checks.
• Execute rapid development cycles: building, testing, and scaling based on quick feedback loops.
• Conduct AI and technology scouting to test and integrate new tools into products.
• Participate in rapid prototyping and R&D to turn ideas into testable concepts.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A solid technical foundation with an understanding of how software is built.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to find solutions independently in ambiguous situations.
• A strong understanding of AI-assisted and AI-native development.
• Verbal and written fluency in both German and English.
• A proactive mindset; you prefer building over managing.
