GRÜNE'S LEIHHÄUSER GmbH & Co. KG is looking for an Azure Infrastructure Engineer (m/w/d) for its IT team in Cologne or Frankfurt. This full-time, entry-level IT role focuses on building, operating, and scaling the company's Microsoft cloud infrastructure as it transitions away from a primarily on-premises environment. Following the initial onboarding phase, the position supports a hybrid working model.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, operate, and optimize the Azure platform and collaborate on cloud architecture.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Implement security policies, Identity Protection, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and Entra ID administration.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and use Terraform to automate administrative processes.
• Monitor Azure performance, handle capacity planning, and support IT leadership on security and infrastructure projects.

What You Bring

• A completed degree (Bachelor's level) or professional training as an IT specialist for system integration.
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in a Microsoft cloud environment, ideally backed by relevant certifications like AZ-104, AZ-305, or SC-300.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and Terraform.
• Very good German language skills at a B2 level for effective communication.
