Aer Group is hiring a Business Data Analyst Finance & Requirements Management (m/w/d) in Berlin Boppstr. for an IT role in a part-time capacity of 30 hours per week. This entry-level position requires a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience, acting as a key bridge between business, finance, and technical teams to turn data and requirements into workable solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Gather, structure, and evaluate requirements from business, finance, and controlling departments.
- Analyze business processes and data flows focusing on accounting, billing, commissions, and reporting.
- Check data for plausibility, completeness, consistency, and suitability.
- Create functional concepts, specifications, mapping documents, and test cases.
- Coordinate requirements and solutions between departments and tech teams, and support quality assurance.
Your Profile
- Completed degree or training in business administration, finance/controlling, business informatics, data analysis, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience analyzing commercial, financial, or billing data, plus background in business analysis or requirements engineering.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, analytical skills, and data structures.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting solutions and knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar languages is an advantage.
- Very good German skills and good English skills.
