Join Enpal at the Enpal Campus in Berlin as a Business Development Intern in Sales. This internship is designed for students currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in economics, management, industrial engineering, or a related field who want to help shape the solar energy transition with Germany's first green unicorn.
Your Role and Focus
- Analyze performance metrics, feedback, and current workflows to identify improvement potentials.
- Derive and test development plans and initiatives for maximum performance impact.
- Develop, own, and execute learning and development initiatives from identification to implementation.
- Evaluate projects using relevant performance metrics and coordinate cross-functional team projects.
- Support the setup and scaling of processes, tools, and structures for team learning initiatives.
What We Look For
- Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in economics, management, industrial engineering, or similar.
- Initial practical experience in business or marketing through internships, working student roles, projects, or volunteering.
- Strong interest in learning and development, analytical thinking, and a hands-on, autonomous working style.
- Clear and precise German communication skills, complemented by good English skills.
