This position offers a salary range of $140,000 to $177,000 and requires candidates to hold a Bachelor's degree alongside 10 or more years of professional experience.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Consultant Relations Director, you will drive education, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships with key consultant firms. Serving as the primary liaison to assigned consultant houses, you will own firm-specific strategies end-to-end to impact pipeline development, win rates, renewals, and expansions. The role involves approximately 20% travel for in-person meetings, relationship building, and industry events.

• Develop and execute clear engagement strategies for assigned consultant firms.
• Build trusted relationships with benefit consultants and broker partners across all levels.
• Generate net new opportunities and influence consultant-led sales cycles.
• Partner with Client Success and Sales to support account retention, renewals, and expansions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and relay actionable market intelligence back to internal teams.
