Cobalt is seeking a Contract Senior Staff Product Manager for a full-time contractor position providing hourly coverage from October through the end of February in the USA (US - East). Founded in 2013, Cobalt operates as a fully remote team focused on offensive security testing, combining a SaaS platform with the Cobalt Core community of testers to help organizations manage risk and operate securely.

In this senior-level management role requiring a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience, you will drive the definition, delivery, and adoption of new product features and ecosystem integrations. You will lead next-generation deliverables from user discovery and roadmap prioritization to go-to-market execution, working closely with the Customer Experience and Pentester Experience teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Acquire technical knowledge quickly and champion strategic product direction across the organization.
• Partner with Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to bring the customer's voice into development.
• Manage next-generation feature deliverables and make tactical prioritization decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Apply familiarity with information security, vulnerability management, and pentesting best practices.
• Own and measure success metrics throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead go-to-market readiness by partnering with go-to-market teams on launch strategies and internal training.
