Senior Product Manager, Ads Quality

Instacart is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Ads Quality for a senior-level management role based in Canada. Role Overview and Responsibilities

In this position, you will own the product vision and roadmap for ads quality systems within Instacart's retail media network, focusing on auction mechanics, marketplace balance, and ad ranking and relevance. You will drive experimentation velocity, partner with machine learning and ads engineers to translate technical outputs into product requirements, and define success metrics that balance advertiser performance, shopper experience, and marketplace health.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of product management experience in online advertising, ad tech, or a related domain
• 2+ years of experience working directly with machine learning teams or ML-driven products
• Demonstrated understanding of auction mechanics, bidding systems, or ad quality signals
• Experience defining product roadmaps in complex, data-rich environments
