Trusteq GmbH is seeking a senior-level Cybersecurity Manager (m/w/d) for its IT team in München. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for projects, key topics, and company development within cybersecurity, leading the consulting, design, and implementation of security solutions while managing stakeholder communication and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Assume strategic and leadership responsibilities for cybersecurity projects, IAM processes, IT architectures, and vulnerability assessments.
• Contribute to new client acquisition, service development, and internal security methodologies.
• Hold a strong Master's degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related field.
• Bring 5 to 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including Zero Trust implementation.
• Demonstrate excellent C1-level proficiency in both German and English, alongside a willingness to travel.
