Trusteq GmbH is seeking a Cybersecurity & Risk Management Consultant (m/w/d) for its IT team in München. This entry-level role is designed for candidates with a relevant academic background and fresh professional experience gained through internships or work-study positions.
In this role, you will advise clients on developing cybersecurity, risk, and compliance frameworks while helping them implement European regulations such as NIS2, DORA, and eIDAS2.0. You will analyze existing IT and governance structures, assess cyber risks, and design target frameworks for areas like Identity & Access Management (IAM) and vulnerability management. Your duties also include planning project work packages, conducting workshops and interviews, preparing management presentations, and monitoring technological and regulatory market developments.
Applicants must hold a bachelor's or master’s degree with good to very good grades in fields such as (Business) Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Natural Sciences. You should bring practical experience or a strong interest in cybersecurity, GRC, IAM, or digital identities, alongside a fundamental understanding of project management. Strong communication skills, willingness to travel, a solid technical foundation, team spirit, and very good proficiency in both German and English (at least C1 level in each) are required.
