Cybersecurity (Senior) Consultant (m/w/d)

Trusteq GmbH is currently seeking a Cybersecurity (Senior) Consultant (m/w/d) for their IT team in München. This senior-level role involves advising clients on cybersecurity solutions, analyzing complex processes with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM), guiding transformation initiatives, and managing sub-projects. Candidates will also develop practical methods to prevent cyberattacks, identify new application areas, and contribute to internal company development.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related discipline with a strong to very strong academic record.
• 1–2 years of professional experience for the Consultant level (or 2–5 years for the Senior Consultant level).
• Practical background in implementing corporate cybersecurity solutions and cloud systems, alongside a solid grasp of IT and IT security business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and facilitation skills, combined with a proactive, communicative, and adaptable team-player attitude.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client work.
• Minimum C1 proficiency in both German and English.
