Responsibilities for IT Jobs in München

• Support the design and development of Databricks-native data platforms and lakehouse architectures for internal projects and client engagements.
• Implement medallion architectures (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and Auto Loader-based data ingestion.
• Develop data governance concepts using Unity Catalog, covering access control and permission models.
• Automate deployments through Databricks Asset Bundles (DAB) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build data quality frameworks, monitoring solutions, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to internal tooling and demonstrator projects to strengthen the Data Platform practice.

Requirements and Working Conditions

Applicants must be currently enrolled in an IT-related degree programme such as Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Engineering, or Data Science, with good knowledge of Python and SQL. Candidates need excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level in both) and must be able to work from the Cologne or Munich office at least 50% of the time. Initial experience with Databricks, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Git, and basic data modelling is advantageous.
