neoshare is looking for an IT professional for an Entry Level Data Protection & AI Governance Advisor (m/w/d) position based in München. Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 0-2 years of experience. Your Responsibilities
- Support business functions in documenting processing activities and maintaining Art. 30 GDPR registers.
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs).
- Advise teams on SaaS products and internal processes regarding data minimization, tenant separation, access rights, deletion, and privacy by design.
- Review data processing agreements and pre-check new service providers and AI tools.
- Manage the data protection management system, guidelines, controls, and governance platforms.
- Build and maintain an inventory of AI systems, prepare classifications under the EU AI Act, and help develop approval processes, risk management, data governance, and bias checks.
Candidate Profile
- Background in data protection, compliance, or governance roles.
- Familiarity with the GDPR, EDSA guidelines, and third-country transfer regulations.
- Initial exposure to AI governance and the EU AI Act (or a strong willingness to build this expertise).
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to documentation.
- Negotiation-secure fluency in both German and English.
- A law degree and certifications such as IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, or AIGP are desirable, with active support available for those seeking admission as a corporate lawyer (Syndikusrechtsanwalt/-anwältin).
