Apollo.io is seeking a mid-level Deal Desk Analyst for a management role based in the USA. As a leading go-to-market solution trusted by over 500,000 companies globally, Apollo.io provides revenue teams with unified prospecting and engagement tools.

In this position, you will manage day-to-day deal support, review in-flight order forms for non-standard terms, and route exceptions prior to Legal or provisioning review. Your responsibilities also include auditing closed-won deals to reconcile Salesforce and contract data, building the Deal Desk operating system through runbooks and approval matrices, and partnering with engineering and RevOps to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Candidate Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related commercial function, including direct background in contract review, deal structuring, or order management.
• Minimum education requirement: Primary / Matric.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including navigating opportunities, pulling reports, and understanding quote-to-cash toolsets.
• Familiarity with CLM or order form tooling such as Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or Conga.
• Strong systems-thinking, cross-functional communication, and analytical skills to manage ambiguity and build scalable processes.

The total cash compensation listed includes an annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable, with the stated pay amount noted at $250.
