Demo Engineer

Senior Demo Engineer (Engineering) in Slovakia

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Demo Engineer for a senior-level engineering role based in Slovakia. This position offers a salary of €42,000 to €52,000 and requires a Bachelor's degree alongside 5+ years of relevant experience. You will join a small, high-impact engineering team embedded inside the Go-To-Market organization, working closely with a US-based team lead to build AI-powered demo environments, automate work, and create self-serve tools for presales teams globally.

Core Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered demo experiences, prototypes, and interactive tools that showcase Bloomreach's personalization platform.
• Automate repeatable Go-To-Market work using AI, prompt patterns, internal tools, integrations, agents, and SDK-powered workflows.
• Enable Solution Consultants with self-service tooling to configure and run tailored demos independently.
• Prototype rapidly from loosely defined ideas, test with the field, and productize successful assets.
• Bring Loomi and Bloomreach AI to life through LLM integrations, smart workflows, and AI-assisted experiences.

As a 0-1 Builder, you will navigate ambiguous presales needs rather than maintaining production systems or standard product backlogs. Strong async collaboration and communication across EU and US time zones are essential for success in this Slovakia-based Senior Demo Engineer position.
