We are currently seeking a Dental Launch Trainer to join our healthcare team in the UK. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with 0-2 years of experience who is passionate about teaching, building trust with clinicians, and driving digital adoption in dental practices.

About the Role and Requirements

As a Launch Trainer, you will facilitate the onboarding process for new dental practices, ensuring they are confident and capable of using Dandy’s technology. Your work will involve both virtual and in-person training sessions, requiring up to 20% travel. You will also provide ongoing coaching, focusing on scan quality, workflow efficiency, and feature adoption to ensure long-term success for the practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
• Prior experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies, with a preference for iTero or Trios experience.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple training touchpoints efficiently.
