Director, Growth

DeleteMe, the leader in proactive privacy protection and Human Attack Surface Management (HASM), is seeking a Director, Growth for a senior-level management role in the USA. In this position, you will lead the charge in building an AI-native growth machine for a fast-growing, global SaaS company trusted by top enterprises and federal agencies.

Role Focus

As the Director, Growth, you will operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, RevOps, and data to scale operations without increasing headcount. You will be responsible for designing systems architecture, automating the funnel end-to-end using LLMs and agentic workflows, instrumenting comprehensive dashboards, and prototyping scrappy internal tools. Additionally, you will partner cross-functional teams to translate category-defining content strategy into systemized execution and eventually build and mentor a team of GTM engineers.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• AI-first background with hands-on experience building workflows using LLM APIs and agent frameworks
• Coding fluency in Python, SQL, and API-level integrations
• Extensive experience working within modern GTM technology stacks such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and Segment
• A founder's mindset focused on building, rapid shipping, pipeline velocity, and measurable impact
