This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience, offering a market competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UK acquisition strategy across the full funnel to meet commercial targets.
• Lead the UK strategy for conversion-led creative and manage external agency relationships.
• Manage the UK DTC new customer forecast and monthly performance budget allocation.
• Identify and scale new local channels and partnerships for incremental growth.
• Utilize business intelligence tools and data science insights to analyze channel effectiveness.
• Manage and develop direct reports, initially including a Creative Strategist and a Partnerships & Influencers Manager.
