Bloomreach is building a platform that helps businesses personalize how they interact with their customers — across search, marketing, and commerce. At the center of that is Loomi AI, a single engine that makes personalization consistent rather than piecemeal. We work with more than 1,400 global brands, including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora, across industries ranging from retail and financial services to hospitality and gaming.
We help businesses genuinely connect with their customers — not through mass messaging, but through AI agents that adapt to each person at every step of the journey. We're making product discovery feel more like a conversation and less like a keyword search. We're building marketing tools that handle the tedious parts automatically, so marketers can spend their time on the work that actually requires human judgment and creativity.
About the role
As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, you'll own go-to-market work for our technical platform launches and our partnerships with companies like Databricks, AWS, GCP, and Snowflake. This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys building products with partners, moves fast, thinks in terms of autonomous systems, and wants real ownership of what they ship. If you get excited about what MCPs make possible — and you can read a technical spec and then write something a business buyer actually wants to read — this might be a good fit. You'll work alongside experienced product marketers and contribute directly to how Bloomreach talks about its platform and partner ecosystem. You'll be working on things that matter to the business, not a side project.
What you'll be doing
ISV partnership GTM (AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
You'll own the go-to-market work for our technical partnerships — joint positioning, marketplace listings, co-marketing coordination, and the collateral sales teams need to actually co-sell. Day-to-day, you'll be the PMM point of contact for these programs.
Technical platform launches
You'll run end-to-end go-to-market for technical product launches: building the story, planning milestones, communicating internally, enabling sales, and evaluating what happened after. You'll work directly with Product and Engineering to understand what's been built and translate that into messaging customers can act on. Before a launch, agree on what success looks like. After it, write an honest post-mortem — what worked, what didn't, and what you'd do differently.
API and agentic narrative
You'll help build the materials that explain Bloomreach's API and agentic platform to technical buyers — developers, architects, IT leaders. That means supporting our search and product discovery story and connecting technical capabilities to actual customer value. Familiarity with agentic AI architectures and MCP frameworks is a meaningful advantage here.
Sales enablement and customer storylines
You'll produce field-ready assets: talk tracks, discovery guides, one-pagers, technical integration briefs. These need to be maintained, versioned, and — importantly — actually used. You'll work with the Enablement team to develop training content and keep an eye on what's getting traction in the field.
Cross-functional collaboration
You'll work closely with Product, Partnerships, Sales, CS, and Marketing to hit launch timelines and GTM goals. That includes running a light project-health cadence to track owners, risks, and dependencies — and flagging problems before they become blockers.
What we're looking for
Up to 5 years in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, or something closely adjacent — ideally at a SaaS or AI company.
Or equivalent time in a technical role (engineering, product, solutions architecture) with a genuine interest in moving into marketing and storytelling.
Experience working with technology partners to build and launch products or go-to-market motions together.
Comfortable with APIs and agentic architectures — you understand how technical platforms create value for customers and partners, and you're interested in where this space is heading.
Strong writer. You know how to make a complex idea land without dumbing it down.
You work well across teams, pick things up without needing to be told twice, and follow through consistently.
