VP, Growth Marketing

Cision is hiring a VP, Growth Marketing for a senior-level marketing position based in the UK, offering a salary of 145,000 to 165,000 per year. In this leadership role, you will sit on the Marketing Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

This is a hands-on global position where you will own the demand generation and growth marketing function, taking charge of revenue targets, pipeline numbers, and conversion rates. You will lead paid media, SEO, ABM, email, web conversion, integrated campaigns, and programmatic efforts while collaborating closely with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Brand, and RevOps to refine enterprise funnels.

• Own company revenue targets, build demand plans, set forecasts, and manage accountability for quarterly results.
• Structure the sales-led motion funnel, managing lead movement, handoffs, qualification, scoring, routing, and SLAs.
• Partner with Sales leadership on forecast gaps, account coverage, and deal acceleration.
• Define and defend measurement frameworks including attribution, spend efficiency, and pipeline contribution, while leading AI tool adoption.
• Hire, develop, and lead a global team across demand generation, growth marketing, and performance functions.
