In this management position reporting to the VP of Product & International Communications, you will lead and develop strategies to raise awareness, build trust, and drive adoption for Hers, the company's platform for women's health. You will shape product positioning and go-to-market decisions, oversee earned media strategy, guide communications for new category expansions in women's health and diagnostics, and manage issues within product categories.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Lead Hers product communications across defined categories with accountability for business impact.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Clinical, Regulatory, Brand, and Product Marketing teams.
• Drive earned media strategy, proactive storytelling, and reactive engagement.
• Execute integrated communications campaigns and manage issues in complex situations.
• Translate clinical, regulatory, and product complexity into clear, defensible messaging.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years of professional experience.
