Zscaler is seeking a senior-level professional for a Director, Product Management, Customer Security Outcomes position. This is a fully remote role located in the USA within the Product Management department, reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management. The salary for this position is $199,500.

In this leadership role, you will own the product vision and strategy for Zscaler Security Operations. Responsibilities include defining the strategy for threat detection, risk and exposure, and cyber operations services, while establishing customer-driven security operations outcomes across managed investigation, managed response, threat hunting, and advisory services. You will partner with Product and Customer Security Operations teams, represent Zscaler as a customer-facing visionary thought leader on advisory boards, and collaborate with Product Marketing.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree required
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience
