Chainguard is seeking a senior-level Director, Sales Operations - EMEA and APJ to run the operational engine behind its growing international business in the UK and surrounding regions. Operating as a senior leader in the sales field, this position commands a salary of £165,000 and requires a Bachelor's degree alongside more than five years of relevant experience. As the trusted source for open source software used by Fortune 500 enterprises and global industry leaders, Chainguard needs an experienced operations professional to lead existing teams and support multi-country markets across EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities and Leadership Scope

• Lead, coach, and develop the existing Sales Operations team supporting EMEA and APAC while scaling operations.
• Serve as the direct revenue operations partner and single point of accountability for the GVP EMEA, RVP APAC, and regional leadership.
• Own annual and in-year territory design, capacity and coverage modeling, headcount plans, and quota allocation.
• Manage the regional forecast cadence, weekly pipeline inspection, and reporting rhythms for monthly business reviews and QBRs.
• Drive data integrity in Salesforce and coordinate system changes alongside global GTM Operations.
