Juul Labs is seeking a senior-level Division Manager in Louisiana to lead its US Commercial organization field sales efforts. Reporting to the Region Field Sales Director, this management position carries a salary of $94,000 and requires candidates to hold a Master's degree alongside a minimum of four years of previous field sales experience, preferably managing teams of territory sales representatives. Industry experience in tobacco or other regulated industries is also required, along with a background in the CPG retail environment and proficiency in sales technologies such as Salesforce and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of high-performing Territory Managers to achieve business objectives and increase revenue.
• Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies and territory plans across the division.
• Coach and mentor team members through goal-setting, personalized feedback, joint sales calls, and performance reviews.
• Synthesize and communicate division-level insights with leadership, supporting functions, and peers.
• Work cross-functionally with company headquarters, regional teams, Trade Marketing, Distribution Management, and Key Accounts.
• Maintain working knowledge of local and state regulations and taxes within the division.
