Core Responsibilities
- Provide disciplinary and technical leadership for software engineers across cross-functional teams, supporting their professional growth.
- Align engineering activities with company vision and product goals, overseeing technical initiatives from conception to production.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlog items, manage technical risks, and ensure high engineering standards.
- Drive platform modernization, system stability, scalability, and the integration of AI-driven development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong background in software development and architecture, with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, databases, and APIs.
- Proven experience in disciplinary and technical leadership, coaching, and agile software environments.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
