Key Responsibilities
- Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to software engineers, supporting their personal and professional growth across cross-functional teams.
- Align engineering activities with company vision, strategic product goals, and long-term platform modernization.
- Own technical initiatives from conception to production, including architecture, technical planning, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize technical backlog items and manage risks, dependencies, and investments.
- Drive the use of AI across software development, quality assurance, and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Extensive experience in software development and architecture, with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern engineering principles.
- Proven background in disciplinary and functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring software engineers.
- Strong communication skills in bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders across product, management, and operations.
