Finance Manager / Lead Remote Job in Canada & Europe
Inspiration Commerce Group (ICG) is hiring a remote Senior Level Finance Manager / Lead to join our team in Canada or Europe. We are a fast-scaling global group of around 50 people with businesses across the US, UK, and EU, having completed 6 acquisitions in 18 months and scaled from $0 to over $100M in revenue. Our portfolio spans fashion marketplaces, affiliate marketing platforms, B2B tech solutions, and niche marketplaces.
In this full-time finance role, you will ensure our leadership makes decisions based on timely, accurate, and effective financial data across 15 global entities. You must have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience. We do not require a specific current job title or a CPA, but we do require someone ready for senior-level responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Accounting Ownership: Close the books for 15 global entities within 3 business days by booking revenue and expenses, applying transfer pricing, making accruals, and performing journal entries.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare individual entity reports, operating group views, and consolidated group financials, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cashflow Statements.
- Tax Coordination: Support sales tax and VAT calculations, reporting, and filing across Canada, the USA, and the EU, while coordinating year-end prep and corporate filings with external tax partners.
- Automation & Systems: Use modern tooling, technology, and AI to automate manual tasks and scale our financial systems.
