Eraneos is seeking an Entry Level Forward Deployed Engineer (all genders) to join our team in Hamburg, München, Düsseldorf, or remotely. In this engineering role, you will help bridge the gap between AI strategy and production-ready systems for DAX and Fortune Global 500 companies, owning technical solutions from the initial idea all the way to deployment.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture and technical implementation of AI solutions, including agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations.
- Utilize agentic coding tools daily to develop solutions, speed up reviews, and build deployment pipelines.
- Engage from the first concept stage and grow into the strategic and business side.
- Remain accountable until the system runs and delivers impact, without handing tasks off.
- Present and defend technical decisions directly at the executive level without intermediaries.
Requirements
- A completed Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, physics, data science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Proven, fresh experience bringing LLM-based systems into production, ideally as a Forward-Deployed or Founding Engineer.
- Production-grade Python skills such as FastAPI, containers, Git, and CI/CD, alongside a deep understanding of agentic architectures, retrieval methods, and function calling.
- Demonstrated ability to own and defend technical decisions in front of top management.
- C1 German language proficiency and business-fluent English.
- Willingness to work regularly on-site at client locations.
