Enpal is looking for a Founder's Associate (w/m/d) to join their team in Berlin for an entry-level sales and business development role. As Germany's first green unicorn, Enpal offers an integrated solution for decentralized energy, combining solar systems, battery storage, wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps, all coordinated via the AI platform Enpal.One+.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, competitors, and new business opportunities
• Support the development and implementation of growth and business development strategies
• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and market chances
• Create analyses, business cases, and decision papers
• Assist with go-to-market and market-entry projects
• Analyze and optimize sales, CRM, and pipeline processes
• Handle strategic and operational projects independently
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from a renowned university or business school in a relevant field such as business administration, management, economics, finance, industrial engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a similar discipline. Applicants should have 0-2 years of initial practical experience in strategy, business development, growth, consulting, startups, scale-ups, tech companies, or venture capital, alongside strong analytical thinking, structured working methods, and a high level of initiative.
