TechBiz Global GmbH is searching for a Senior Level Founding Backend Engineer (Go) for an IT role based in Berlin, Germany. In this position, you will build a whole platform from scratch for a cybersecurity company, shaping the architecture and technical decisions from day one.
Core Responsibilities & Technical Requirements
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Go, bringing 5+ years of GoLang experience and a hands-on coding mentality.
- Design and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), and Terraform.
- Manage databases including PostgreSQL, Neo4J, Redis, and Elasticsearch, alongside RESTful and gRPC APIs.
- Work with AI stacks and systems including AWS Bedrock, LangChain, pgvector, and LLM-based tools.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and observability using Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus.
- Hold a bachelor's degree and demonstrate strong English communication skills alongside a startup mindset.
