Almedia, ranked Europe's #3 fastest-growing company in 2025 by the FT1000, is seeking a senior-level Founding Product Designer for a full-time Design role based in Berlin. This is an intensive, on-site position located 5 days a week in the company's central Berlin office, offering a salary of €90K – €120K plus equity.
What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end UI design process from concept to implementation, balancing speed, quality, and impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Drive design critiques, stakeholder discussions, and alignment sessions while shaping product direction and strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing mobile-first products, supported by a strong portfolio of UI and UX work.
- Bachelors degree.
- Outstanding visual design skills with attention to detail, hierarchy, and accessibility, plus a data-driven mindset.
- Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with motion design or gamified elements as a bonus.
