Praxipal is seeking an ambitious entry-level professional for a Founding Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) role based in Berlin. As the company expands its AI-powered receptionist, Luna, beyond dental medicine into new medical fields and markets, you will act as the very first SDR to build and scale the inbound lead-to-demo process from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute rapid speed-to-lead responses for all incoming inquiries.
• Manage multichannel outreach utilizing phone calls, email sequences, and WhatsApp messages.
• Reactivate lost leads and manage pipeline data using the CRM to optimize conversion metrics.
• Develop foundational sales playbooks and conversation guides for future team members.
• Work on-site at the Berlin office five days a week.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0 to 2 years of experience with direct customer contact, ideally in sales.
• Strong drive, resilience, and a fascination with artificial intelligence.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
