Vivid is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR DACH) for its sales team in Berlin. In this entry-level sales role requiring a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience, you will be the first SDR on the ground to build the outbound engine from scratch for the DACH market, working directly alongside the Founding Account Executive.

What You Will Do

• Architect and test cold outreach sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting SMB decision-makers such as CEOs, CFOs, and Finance Directors in Germany.
• Experiment with outreach strategies for secondary personas including holding companies, VC/PE portfolio managers, and corporate service providers.
• Source, qualify, and book high-intent discovery meetings to drive top-of-funnel growth.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to document frameworks, templates, and best practices to establish the prospecting playbook for future hires.
• Utilize AI tools and modern sales infrastructure to automate research, trigger tracking, and hyper-personalized messaging.

Requirements and Benefits

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and have 1–3 years of outbound prospecting experience (SDR/BDR) in B2B FinTech, SaaS, or financial services, preferably within the DACH market. Full professional fluency in both German and English is required, along with a builder mindset and familiarity with AI-native sales tools.
