Distribusion Technologies is seeking a senior-level Global Talent Acquisition Partner, Product (all genders) to join their HR admin team in Berlin. In this role, you will own the end-to-end hiring process across Product, Tech, and Business—with Product as your primary area of depth—to help scale a leading ground transportation marketplace backed by investors like TQ Ventures, Lightrock, Creandum, and Northzone following an $80m Series C funding round.

Your responsibilities will include partnering directly with hiring managers and Product leadership to run intakes, sharpen requirements, and calibrate candidates. You will develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing passive outreach, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence within travel tech, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS. Additionally, you will maintain pipelines for critical roles, coach hiring managers on interviewing, leverage hiring data and funnel conversion metrics to improve processes, maintain the ATS, and support employer branding.

What is required:

• 5+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience with full-cycle ownership, including sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and closing senior hires
• Proven track record in Product hiring, alongside breadth across Tech and Business recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management skills to guide senior hiring managers and deliver market insights
• Experience building active and passive candidate pipelines and using data to influence hiring decisions
• Fluency in written and spoken English
