Team Lead HR - Scale Up

Matera GmbH is looking for a Team Lead HR to join their Berlin office in a hybrid capacity. As the company scales from 100 to 300 employees, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's HR Admin strategy and team structure.

Your Responsibilities

In this senior-level position, you will lead a team consisting of a recruiter, an HR manager, and working students. Reporting to the General Manager, Moritz, you will be responsible for defining HR policies, overseeing personnel planning, and establishing salary structures. A key part of your role involves serving as an operational bridge between the French and German teams, while optimizing internal processes to handle the company's rapid growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience, specifically with HR generalist topics and organizational scaling.

• Strong experience in structuring processes and navigating scaling phases.
• A structured approach to problem-solving and the persistence to see solutions through.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with different groups and align varying expectations.
• Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.

Compensation and Environment

Matera offers a salary range of 65,000€ to 80,000€ plus benefits.
