Help Scout is seeking a senior-level Head of Product, Growth + Monetization for a management role based in the USA. Operating as a fully remote team since 2011, Help Scout serves over 10,000 companies with customer support software. This position comes with a salary of $300 a month.

In this senior management role, you will be directly accountable for the core funnel that turns signups into paying customers, as well as the in-app motion that drives expansion. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Growth team in partnership with Design and Engineering, running experimentation across new business and product expansion lanes while evolving Help Scout's overarching pricing and packaging framework.

Candidate Requirements

• Education required: Bachelors degree
• Experience required: 5+ years of experience leading growth in B2B SaaS with a free-trial or freemium motion
• A concrete track record of moving a product line's revenue or adoption
• Hands-on expertise with growth experimentation, defining metrics, and designing tests
• Ability to design an outcome-based pricing framework

As a player/coach, you will perform the strategic work yourself and hire and manage a team of PMs as the group grows, building growth infrastructure and playbooks for the broader company.
