HR Management Intern / Working Student (m/w/d) in München

Trusteq GmbH is looking for an HR Management Intern / Working Student (m/w/d) for an HR Admin internship based in München. In this role, you will support the HR team with day-to-day operations spanning the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract changes to offboarding. You will also help digitize HR processes, manage digital personnel files, and capture HR-related data in digital tools while taking on smaller independent projects such as employee surveys and training organization.

Candidate Profile

• Enrolled as a student in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a comparable degree program.
• Interest in operational HR management, employee experience, and digital transformation, with optional prior practical experience from internships or student initiatives.
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace, and ideally familiarity with HR tools like Personio.
• Very good German and English skills, with at least C1 proficiency in both languages.
