About the Role

This mid-level position sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and content, acting as the primary legal partner to Alma's marketing team. Your time will be divided between community engagement and thought leadership (approximately 70%), which involves reviewing social media responses, participating in webinars and AMAs, and appearing in educational videos, and content and legal education (approximately 30%), focusing on reviewing immigration materials, writing guides, and publishing breakdowns of USCIS announcements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of experience practicing U.S. employment-based immigration law
• Experience across visa categories including O-1A/B, EB-1A/B, H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN, PERM, and related pathways
• Exceptional writing and public-speaking skills for videos, webinars, and podcasts
• Strong legal judgment and comfort using modern technology
