Lead Affiliate Manager

This role features a salary of $500,000. Candidates must sit in a U.S. state where Launch Potato is registered to do business. Our publisher book is expanding faster than the team can reach it, offering you room to build accounts across insurance, personal finance, and our wider partner network rather than inheriting finished ones.

Role Requirements

• 5+ years of total experience, including 4+ years managing publishers in affiliate marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Direct publisher or partner management background for an advertiser or network, with a personally owned margin or revenue number.
• Experience working within a regulated vertical such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance.
• Tracking platform fluency, including comfort with tools like Tune, IntegriShield, and Lashback.
